What we store

By default, Yeahday keeps everything on your device. There is no account and nothing leaves your phone or computer unless you choose to sign in.

An account is your email address, nothing else. Sign-in works with a 6-digit code sent to that address, so there is no password to set or remember.

If you sign in, your tasks, plans, groups, and progress sync to a managed Postgres database (Supabase). Row-level security scopes every row to your account, so your data is not readable by other users or by other parts of the system.

What we don't do

Yeahday has no analytics, no ads, and no trackers built into it. We do not share or sell your data to third parties, and the app has no ad network or analytics SDK to feed one.

Payments

Yeahday Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google process the payment; we never see your card details or billing address.

Your rights

  • Export. Download your data as a JSON file from inside the app, any time.
  • Delete your account. The in-app "Delete forever" action removes every copy of your synced data from our servers immediately. Data already on your devices stays local; sign out (or delete the app) on other devices to stop them syncing again.
  • Remove the auth record. Deleting your account clears your data but leaves a bare record of your email address in our authentication system. Email us and we will remove it.
  • GDPR / Swiss nLPD. If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, these rights apply to you directly under GDPR and the Swiss nLPD. Contact us for any request not covered by the in-app tools above.
